13 of June 1877, Tver - 15 of June 1968, Leningrad. The national actress of Russia.

Has finished German school in Petersburg with the diploma of the domestic teacher. Participated in amateur and nonprofessional performances.

 Professional scenic activity  begins in 1898 in Petersburg Vasilievsky theatre.

In 1899-1902 Granovskaja plays in Petersburg Panaevsky
theatre , Korsh  theatre in Moscow. With 1903 worked in enterprises of S.Saburov, including Moscow theatre " Hermitage ",  Petersburg "Passage".

During the pre-revolutionary period of the creativity played mainly roles graceful, elegant thoughtless secular women.

 Vasilievsky theatre - theatre on Vasilievsky island in St. Petersburg, existing in 1887-1906 (with breaks) . It was an enterprise of actors P.Denisenko, then F.Makarov-Unev, P.Meryansky. In repertoir prevailed melodramas, criminal plays, farces.

Studied at Bljumenfeld musical-drama school in Kiev. On a stage with 1896.
 In 1901-1902 worked at Korsh theatre .Further up to 1908 - the actor of Saburov theatre . Here he becomes the constant partner   Granovskaja.
